Leadership

The President and co-founder of QFMS is Randal F. (Randy) Chitty. Mr. Chitty is a versatile, results oriented executive with over 25 years of hands-on experience with Fortune 100 companies. He has demonstrated the ability to listen to the client, zero in on their needs, and develop effective and affordable solutions that meet their goals and budget. His ability to build trust and respect, and deliver outstanding solutions for each client is the hallmark of QFMS.

Mr. Chitty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of South Florida’s College of Business Administration.

The Vice President and co-founder of QFMS is Candace J. (Candi) Chitty. Ms. Chitty is a, highly skilled healthcare consultant with over 25 years of experience in the health care industry. Ms. Chitty has expanded her management consulting nationwide to include health plans, physician groups, hospital systems, community health centers, state and federal funded health care programs, pilots and demonstration projects, HIT companies, and health care access Collaboratives. Ms. Chitty primarily focuses her expertise to start-up operational project management activities and quality management consulting. She is an experienced health care technical assistance consultant for the Office of Performance Review (OPR) and the Health Services Resource Administration (HRSA).

Ms. Chitty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management. She holds a national certification in healthcare quality (CPHQ) and is licensed in the State of Florida as a Health Care Risk Manager.
