The President and founder of QFHC is Candace J. (Candi) Chitty. Ms. Chitty is a versatile, highly skilled healthcare consultant with over 25 years of experience in the health care industry. Her capacity to deliver outstanding customized consulting services for each client is the hallmark of QFHC.
Ms. Chitty has expanded her management consulting nationwide to include health plans, physician groups, hospital systems, community health centers, state and federal funded health care programs, pilots and demonstration projects, HIT companies, and health care access Collaboratives. Ms. Chitty primarily focuses her expertise to start-up operational project management activities. She is an experienced health care technical assistance consultant for the Office of Performance Review (OPR) and the Health Services Resource Administration (HRSA). She is a URAC trained consultant.
Ms. Chitty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management. She holds a national certification in healthcare quality (CPHQ) and is licensed in the State of Florida as a Health Care Risk Manager.
